The new precision clamping system „Universalprisma“ for time saving and productivity increase.

The new precision clamping system Universal-Prisma is available immediately in three sizes (UPR 030 M, UPR 060 M, UPR 120 M) and convinces through extreme short set-up times (approx. five minutes) as well as through the excellent price – performance ratio.  Purchasing expensive additional systems becomes unnecessary due to the Universal-Prisma.

The clamping bracket of the Universal-Prisma can be clamped centered with only one screw. Zero point is set automatically in the comb system.  When purchasing a Universal Prisma, customers receive a free-of-charge DXF file for the CAM system, which sets the zero point automatically onto the centre of the workpiece.  Also with several jobs (99 workpiece parameter can be archived) there is no irritating reclamping and the zero point is always set again automatically, even when changing from job to job.  A further plus is the possibility to turn the Universal-Prisma by 90°, depending on requirement and structure of the workpiece, so that it can be clamped vertical as well as horizontal.  The Universal-Prisma is also perfectly suitable for grinding and milling work.
